Refused to cut my hair because I was 7 minutes late to an appointment (me being late was out of my control and I apologized when I got there). If being 7 minutes late ate up most of my appointment, clearly she did not have the intention of spending the time and care to do my hair, very disappointing. She also told me that if I had less hair she would have had the time but never asked about my hair type when I had booked.
