Our bathroom tap came off again while my wife was running the bath. This time we just couldn’t get it back on. I rang Craig. It was 6pm, he was just coming to the end of a busy day and on his way to watch the football, but he came over in 30 minutes. He’d asked for photos so he knew exactly what he needed. After he arrived he whipped off the two faulty taps, replaced with two new ones (which by happy accident matched our sink taps), got the water back on, and was done in less than 10 minutes.
