PLEASE READ before you consider care with Dr. Adrianna Browne. I went to this doctor because she was a POC woman and so I thought I would feel safe with her. I was mistaken. She is rude, dismissive, and INCORRECTLY MISDIAGNOSED ME WITH ALOPECIA AREATA, leaving me completely misinformed of my hair loss condition, distraught, and the most stressed I've ever been in my life. Overall, Excellent. On time, everybody very friendly and efficient. Dr. Browne listens, examines, and explains to your satisfaction.
A great and comprehensive set of services. Easy to schedule with a good customer service at all times
I felt very comfortable talking to someone who looks like me. Someone who understood how ethnic hair "works". And, she was also shooting "straight" with her assumptions of what was going on. It was done with ease and sympathy of her client. I would also like to add, her assistant was very nice as well. Very accommodating.
