Nacho gave me the best haircut/styling of my life. The pictures don’t really do it justice, but I have super fine, frizzy, half-curly hair that puffs up in this Chicago humidity. He gave me curtain bangs that have so much volume, taught me how to style them, and gave me layers to best complement my hairs’ strengths and mitigate its many weaknesses. Never going to another hair salon again!!
Illussion of Beauty has been my go to spot for the past year. Ignacio is always knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely skilled, managing to both listen to requests but also provide good advice on hair care and styling. From bang line-ups, long haircuts, to coloring, I've never been disappointed. Most recently, he dyed my hair before my wedding (and I got rave reviews on how it turned out, thanks Ignacio! <3). I plan to keep coming back for a long time!
