I made several attempts to contact Illusion Spa Covers, and Rosilee and I initially missed each other’s calls. Once we finally connected, she took my order over the phone and walked me through all the details—color, size, and specifications. She was clear, concise, and very professional throughout the process. We are super happy with the spa cover we purchased. And the price was great. Did take longer than expected but I was told it was a materials shipping issue, which is understandable. Thank you!
If shopping for a spa cover, let the buyer be aware! Their Lowest Price Guarantee is a joke. And Manny Patron did not keep his word --he welched on our agreement
Ordered hot tub cover 12/23. 4 mo into very little use the seams at the fold were coming apart. At that time I tried to reinforce those seams with vinyl repair. 8 months into the cover both ends of the seams at the fold is ripping apart. I have tried to contact them many times to get some compensation since he claims a 3 yr warranty but I have gotten no response. I believe he uses low quality material that doesn’t hold up. Considering I spent over 700$ on this cover I highly recommend find another dealer.
The jacuzzi cover fits perfectly and it looks great.
