Taramatie has been the best to work with over the past few years. She is supportive, consistent, and approachable, and she had the insight to encourage me to pursue different therapeutic techniques when different seasons of life called for them. For example, doing EMDR with her for a few months was an incredibly helpful experience and, overall, she has helped me make a lot of progress in my life / mental health. I couldn't recommend her services more.
