I had to pause for this review, as I needed time to clear my frustrations. I went in for a much needed highlights & lowlights color, as well as a hair trim. The girl who did my hair was probably very new to do color. I went in with grey roots and left with grey hair too. The color wasnt left on long enough and when I called her on it her response was "well, just make another appointment and I can re-do it!" I was there over 3 hours already. I left highly disappointed and had to go elsewhere for more color, so paid twice. Ugh... read more
Phone line was busy for over an hour and couldn't get through. Once I did, no one apologized for it. Bad business etiquette. Rushed me off phone just asking for price info. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
