So bad we hired a limo for 14 people only 12 can fit. There was no lights or music it apparently was broken. But didn’t let us know. It was expensive and we didn’t even get the right services. It’s a scam of money don’t buy.
Frank is reliable, easy to work with, and provided us with a top tier luxury experience. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and the vehicles were immaculate. Our limousine had to do a 70km return trip across Sydney and then coordinate with the Rolls Royce, so this was not an easy wedding to navigate! 100% the best choice we could have made for our wedding day.
Frank was recommended to me by another company as I was looking for a 18 seater hummer and I am glad to have been able to book Illusion Limousines. Frank was amazing and patient with us even though towards the end I’m sure we were a bit worse for wear 🤣 and made sure we had a fun night. He even accommodated when I asked if we could extend half an hour as we ran a bit late. We had the most fabulous experience in Frank’s beautiful vehicle this weekend. Four women and our four daughters on a mum/daughter weekend headed to Grease (the Musical). On a whim, we thought ‘wouldn’t it be fun to get a limo?’ And wow, did Frank deliver. He arranged to meet us around the corner so we could surprise the girls, delighted them with playing their favourite music and even arranged soft drinks and confectionary for the kids (and champers for the mum’s of course!) Illusion Limousine came recommended from a good friend for my sons wedding Frank was very polite, punctual, and very easy to deal with. Even when we changed a few things Frank was very obliging and did it with a smile on his face Plenty of cold drinks on board to enjoy. Will definitely recommend Frank for any occasion.
