I walked into Illusion Ultimate Heating in Epping yesterday to look for a gas fire heater and was approached by a beautiful, kind lady, Mafalda. She gave me the best customer service I could ever ask for. Excellent advice, really understood my personal needs, l was so impressed that the following day I went back to make the purchase. I highly recommend Illusion, and if you get the opportunity to be served by Mafalda, you won't be disappointed.
This morning I walked into illusion ultimate heating to buy a wood heater, and was so happy to be approached by Mafalda, she gave me some excellent advice on which heating would suit my home and a great deal. Very happy customer..

Went into the store this week and met George. 100% good guy who spent the time to show me around and talk through all the options. After I chose my heater, I then spent some time on the phone with Adriana & Diana also helping me with some questions and all were fantastic to deal with. Diana from Illusion Epping is one of the best customer service providers I've ever experienced. Competent, happy, interested and extremely knowledgeable.... I not only walked away from the store with a brand new awesome fireplace, but a massive smile too!! Thanks Diana for making the whole experience enjoyable and educational! I can't wait to sit around my new fire with my family, creating more memories. Highly recommended.
