We bought a woodheater from here many years ago and its still going good in seven years we have only changed the fan everything else is original. The sales team were fabulous and the guys who installed it were good as well i am happy we chose Illusion for our heating even though theres a lot of work involved with woodheating.
I recently went to this showroom and met one of the loviest saleslady I've ever met Mafalda ! She was not only helpful but went above and beyond to help me with my purchase ! She is a star in my eyes and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a gaslight fire we love our heater as much as we love her ! Thanks Maf for all your hard work . Old school service at its best ! Very hard to find that any where these days .
