I walked into Illusion Ultimate Heating in Epping yesterday to look for a gas fire heater and was approached by a beautiful, kind lady, Mafalda. She gave me the best customer service I could ever ask for. Excellent advice, really understood my personal needs, l was so impressed that the following day I went back to make the purchase. I highly recommend Illusion, and if you get the opportunity to be served by Mafalda, you won't be disappointed.
This morning I walked into illusion ultimate heating to buy a wood heater, and was so happy to be approached by Mafalda, she gave me some excellent advice on which heating would suit my home and a great deal. Very happy customer..

Went into the store this week and met George. 100% good guy who spent the time to show me around and talk through all the options. After I chose my heater, I then spent some time on the phone with Adriana & Diana also helping me with some questions and all were fantastic to deal with.
