Went into the store this week and met George. 100% good guy who spent the time to show me around and talk through all the options. After I chose my heater, I then spent some time on the phone with Adriana & Diana also helping me with some questions and all were fantastic to deal with. We went into ultimate with lots of questions regarding renovating an older ultimate wood heater. Mafalda and Daniel were full of knowledge and went above and beyond to help us with our enquiries. Super friendly staff, so willing to help and they gave us a great price on the items we purchased. Highly recommend the Epping store for their lovely nature and knowledge when fireplace shopping.
