Not happy at all, the fire we purchased is an absolute dud, have sent an email with the awful sound the fire makes. Struggles to get warm & keep warm, have to load it up to the brim to get any heat. Starts making a crackling metal sound at all times of the day & night. Have had no response back, via email or phone. Fire is less than 12months old. Not a happy customer & will never buy from you again. Disgusting customer service. We got the Spectre 300 ped
Bought a luminar 4000, store held it for 6 months on our request, delivered fireplace when we requested it, answered several questions once installed and were always very helpful. Fireplace works fantastic and have had no issues with store or fireplace
I live out In the wheat belt, needed a new glass window and rope for a Supreme ultimate 12 and the professional sales man, didn't get his name! Gave me a good deal on both products and was very prompt after traveling a few hundred kms to get what I needed. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks again.
