We can't say anough about Jake the sales team member who serviced us he was fantastic. His knowledge and friendly customer service skills amazing, everything went so smoothly and a big thank you to the installation guys very professional and clean up leaving the room beautiful, thanks again. If you are in the market for a new wood heater speak to the boys at Illusion, highly recommended.
Great shout out to Nathan, top guy. Went in on a Friday arvo just to check out the range and prices. Nathan explained to me everything I did not know and everything he did know about wood heaters, after an hour I bought one. The 2 young guys that installed my wood heater were very professional, clean, precise in their work.
