I want to say thank you so much for fulfilling my online order so quickly as my baffle plate has warped and holes in them (15 year old ultimate supreme 25 wood heater) and it’s so cold winter right now and to prevent damage to my wood heater I had to buy this. Thank you to the support service specialist who helped me complete the order in store.
No problem with the heater itself, but the fan was faulty having a lot of trouble getting anyone to help the service area isn’t very helpful

My heater broke down rang them woman very roude and unhelpful do yourself a favour get better staff before you go out of business
AVOID! GO ELSEWHERE . GREEDY. INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are rude and very quick to sell your product and take your money and then totally forget about you when you’re required any further assistance. They are greedy and have Lost once was excellent customer service, I have gone completely downhill and have now have become about money and greed. Customer Service has gone down the drain there!
