No service provided after charged upfront 250 $ they sent the service message no one turn up for service waiting from 1 to 5pm after long wait multiple calls to the provided the customer person had one answer for everything sorry not able to check or help not able to connect to service desk. As they have 5 people standing there .worst customer service and stealing money from people .
A couple of small issues one theres which they fix up straight away second was my fault after getting home found flue would not fit as planed they were extremely understanding and swapped over for different flue mount, will update on performance when installed later this week A week later now installed and working a treat, it’s heating more of the house than l figured on plus only running on low !!!!
Terrible experience, from quality of product to customer service. I have so many outstanding issues with my fireplace. I have tried contacting you direct, Please respond.

I was truly impressed by the stunning showroom filled with a wide array of products.
