Poor communication ordered from them it’s been a week and no updates, no reply to emails ect …..
Service is great and fireplace heats up the place in minutes and looks great.
Sales & ordering process were fine, but post install customer service was very unprofessional and left a very bad taste in my mouth. The wood heater is working well, but service needs improvement, I wouldn't recommend on this basis.
5 stars for the excellent service, professional team, and being on time. I would like to mention the names of those who assisted me over the phone ( Leanne & Louisa). who patiently listened to my complaints, and I didn’t even need to drive all the way to Dandenong. Everything went smoothly. I love supporting businesses that truly know how to work professionally.
So we bought a brand new elite 30 wood heater and flue kit in 2021. We were assured assistance with the install. Fast forward to 2025. We still have a brand new wood heater never used and were denied assistance for installation. I was given numbers of contractors that never got back to my request for an installation and then I was told to look up my own due to the fact the in house installer only installs heaters when purchased from ultimate heaters.
