DON'T PUTCHASE A HEATER FROM THIS CROWD, THEIR 10 YEAR WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING. We purchased a Supreme 25 woodheater from them based on a 10 Year Warranty on the firebox. We have now found that there are holes in the firebox which is still under Warranty. After sending photos through with an email explaining the problem we finally got an answer back seven days later. We have been told we have been over firing the heater and therefore not covered under warranty. We burn only the best of hardwood and certainly not at the level ... read more
I want to say thank you so much for fulfilling my online order so quickly as my baffle plate has warped and holes in them (15 year old ultimate supreme 25 wood heater) and it’s so cold winter right now and to prevent damage to my wood heater I had to buy this. Thank you to the support service specialist who helped me complete the order in store.
No problem with the heater itself, but the fan was faulty having a lot of trouble getting anyone to help the service area isn’t very helpful
