We purchased our gas log fire from Evolution Fires, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s been working perfectly, and the quality is excellent. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy from start to finish. We highly recommend Evolution Fires to anyone looking for a quality fireplace and outstanding customer service.
After many attempts to contact parts &/or service, no answer or call back. Very disappointing.
Wood heater smokes out the house through the door. Glass pane gets so smoke affected that it’s impossible to clean easily. Staff at Geelong have been rude and not accept I’ve of my concerns.
The staff are very friendly and easy to talk too. Our experience started very positively but soon became a negative experience . Firstly when the installer came for installation we were informed that installation wasn’t able to go ahead as they didn’t have the material required. Later I received a phone call from ultimate asking about the hearth size and to provide them with the measurements. -ve 10. purchased and fully paid upfront from Geelong store in December 2025 with instal set for early Feb. After several delays install done late Feb and totally botched. Company changed install plan and decided to install within existing framework rather than remove and fit in metal frame I’d allready paid for - no new quote provided or price adjustment made despite several requests.
