The staff are very friendly and easy to talk too. Our experience started very positively but soon became a negative experience . Firstly when the installer came for installation we were informed that installation wasn’t able to go ahead as they didn’t have the material required. Later I received a phone call from ultimate asking about the hearth size and to provide them with the measurements. -ve 10. purchased and fully paid upfront from Geelong store in December 2025 with instal set for early Feb. After several delays install done late Feb and totally botched. Company changed install plan and decided to install within existing framework rather than remove and fit in metal frame I’d allready paid for - no new quote provided or price adjustment made despite several requests. Had a fireplace installed two months ago. Tom the installer was great and they did a good price on everything. The sales lady (from the Dandenong store I believe) was a pleasure to deal with. Oh and the fireplace (Spectre 100) I’m loving it! Recommend these guys
Stuffed my business and customers around on parts with no info Delayed delivery Took two weeks to begin posting it Called up to find out Said they’d call me back Had to follow up with another Expensive and overpriced parts better off using another company
