Had a fireplace installed two months ago. Tom the installer was great and they did a good price on everything. The sales lady (from the Dandenong store I believe) was a pleasure to deal with. Oh and the fireplace (Spectre 100) I’m loving it! Recommend these guys
Stuffed my business and customers around on parts with no info Delayed delivery Took two weeks to begin posting it Called up to find out Said they’d call me back Had to follow up with another Expensive and overpriced parts better off using another company
