Amazing, caring service provided by Susan and her personnel. My wife and I have been coming for eyewear expertise for over 20 years! Best optical store ever. Sue ( the owner) is absolutely super friendly ,attentive, knowledgeable assisting on the selection of proper frames that fit and suit you. We highly recommend Illusion Eyewear for their professional and excellent service.
I had a great experience at Illusions. I bought my glasses there and the service was fantastic from the start, super friendly and helpful. I ended up coming back a few times for small adjustments, and they took care of everything with patience and zero extra cost. Really appreciated how welcoming and professional they were. Highly recommend!
What more can we say, we started dealing with Sue and her team since 1996, and have not ever strayed to another optical store as she has the best selection and Sue and her team have always been helpful in our selection, we have never felt pressured to make a purchase. I recently visited Illusions Eyewear and had a fantastic experience. Susan and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making the entire process of choosing new glasses a breeze. Over the past few years, they have helped me pick out two pairs of Tom Ford glasses, which I absolutely love! I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of new eyewear.
