Everybody has glasses and frames but you cannot match the customer service given by Sue and her team at Illusions. Yes, they also have a wonderful selection of frames with all the brand names and great prices. Also, also the speed with which they honor claims, and set you backup with the perfect frame really makes you feel special, but not as much as when they keep telling you, how good you look.
Hi. I had lost one of screws of my glasses and was trying to get it repaired. Unfortunately, no one could fix it but Disha at Illusions eyewear was very friendly, helpful and was able to find the part needed and fix my glasses. Thank you Disha.
