My sibling had an appointment scheduled for TODAY 02/23/202 at 3:00 pm, to tour the ballroom for a family event but the owner/manager did NOT show up. My sibling tried calling and texting her but she never received a response. This is so unprofessional and definitely not a good first impression. I would recommend to stop wasting peoples time and be professional enough to cancel or reschedule an appointment if needed. Completely ignoring calls and texts is UNPROFESSIONAL!!
