SCAM, these people are scammers. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and they took my money and did not want to book my appointments. The owner is sooo rude and during my first appointment she was talking bad about all the customers she's had and how their hair looked. Extremely unprofessional. Also, when I showed up to my third appointment, no one was there and I tried to reschedule and they wouldn't answer my calls. I literally lost the money I put into this. Bought a groupon package for 6 laser hair treatment, only went there twice. Looks like the location changed to Winter garden, which is like an hour from where I live, no notice was given to the clients. Also, calling them is a nightmare, no one is picking up my calls. Looks like I just lost money :(
I’ve had some great experiences and some not the best but I was informed the employees causing the issue was removed. The owner was kind enough to work out a solution with me due to the lack of service. We will see how it is moving forward.
Editing my original review— This place has gone downhill. I have been going to them for years and have always loved them and had good results. I have sent numerous people there who have also continued to stay loyal customers as well. 1) My latest appointment switched locations, and they never even notified me. The only reason I knew was because others who I have sent there told me they had to go to a different location. OK, no problem I can go with it. I will not be coming back to this establishment. I’ve used this office for laser hair removal for over a year now, on multiple areas. The service started doing severely downhill when they changed machines as well as technicians. At one point, I saw 3 different technicians for 3 consecutive appointments. For one appointment, I was late because the address on Google (I use in case of traffic) led me to a CEMETERY, clearly changed from a disgruntled employee.
