They change their name on Groupon to avoid bad reviews!!! called before my first appointment to ask if i can add another area for the Groupon price and they said yes. asked again at my first appointment and they confirmed. after adding the second area at my second session they told me they won’t match the price and they “couldn’t find” the person that told me that so i had to pay $55 for one session in one area. ok. now i had my 6th and final appointment scheduled for 7/14 at 3pm but when i got there the lights were off and ... read more

I was a customer for years and they consistently did the Groupon match which was great but then one of the technicians left it was arrested or had some problem so they stop scheduling me. I had already paid for six weeks of a package for multiple services, but I never got my refund and spent months trying to get in touch with the owner Mia but she never returned my calls or looked into it like she said she would. I tried to do a claim with my bank and that didn’t work so almost $200 down the drain.

I started going to this place a year ago and everything went well! Went through 4-5 different laser techs but still are were nice! I unfortunate for diagnosed with cancer and needed chemo! I was half way through my 2 round of six laser session and they stated I could no longer no laser! They promised me half my money back $150! I have called and been very polite since February 7th trying to retrieve my money! I keep being promised I will be taken care of but no money or phone calls from anyone! Scam. Bought a 6-session package for two areas. After my third session they closed the winter Park location. Winter Garden is an hour from my house so I called to cancel my package. Was told the owner would call me. No call. I called back a few times asking for her. No success. I finally decided to just try to make an appointment. I had to reschedule then got a text saying they canceled my rescheduled appointment. Now they aren’t answering phones. Next step is taking it up with my cc company.
