Service is beyond horrible. The techs are typically nice, but constantly changing and saying different things. Several times I get to an appointment and no one is there. Total waste of time and gas. Now they changed the names. Very unprofessional from the beginning, very disappointed with the service. Im trying to finish my sessions so I don't lose any $$.
Purchased through Groupon. Went for my first appointment and they had no records of it (after getting confirmation by email and text). Came back after 3 weeks and received 1 treatment. Scheduled my second appointment for a month and surprise! The office is abandoned! No answer on phone and email returns as does not exist! I received confirmation email and text about my upcoming appointment, how is that possible? What a scam! Can’t get the money back from Groupon and can’t get what I paid for from a business that is out there... read more
Worst place ever!!!! I’ve been scheduled my last two sessions and there is no one at the place. There is no call, text or email rescheduling. They are THE worst.
