During my time as an employee here it was definitely not good. clients were not seen as people by management. they would talk about clients while other clients were in the room right over therefore violating hippa laws. they did not have professional cleaners cleaning and had staff cleaning in between clients. no deep cleanings being done. this facility was ran by very poor management. the nurse and dr performed poorly and they did not have clients being medicated as they should’ve been. they fed people frozen food or take o... read more

i got there in november of 2022. i left today and i want to say that this treatment center genuinely cares. they’re not just about the money like a lot of of the other places. they take the time to get to know you and accommodates to your needs. they did that for me and they were full of love. i’m very glad that illumination exists and i hope that it helps you as much as it helped me. :)

I’m was the 5th unfortunate patient ever at Illumination. I have been in a number of facilities during my battle with intense trauma, this facility is by far the worst. The so-called “psychiatrist” is an internal medicine doctor, the clinical director is a social worker whose specialty is perinatal care and the other therapist is not yet qualified and is still at an Associate level, supposedly under the watch of a trained therapist.
