I purchased a home that had the gemstone lights installed system installed. The previous owner gave me the contact number for this company since the product is under warranty. I have called three times and left messages to call me. The customer service number always says “we are unable to take your call, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you at OUR earliest convenience”. I’m on i10 highway exit 545 and the driver is speedy at 6am. Why? It’s freaking 6am. I don’t have a truck number . (its too dark) Very unprofessional employee driver. Slow down. If you're late. Wake up earlier next time. I’m very 🤬🤬🤬.
