I have had several commitments from them to help me with a problem I'm having with the lights they installed. But they haven't followed through. Now they won't even respond to me.
Tech support was spot-on. My system wasn't lighting. The tech arrived and methodically worked through the problem. All fixed, he was careful to restore everything he disturbed, too.
I am so very happy with the installation of my holiday lighting the Ben installed. I would only recommend this company.
I've always believed a company is not judged by how they react when things go right but when they go wrong. Sheldon and Ben are great. I've had this system about 6 months and whenever I have had a issue or some of the lights have not worked they have come back out to fix it or help. They have never made me feel bad for calling and they even replaced some parts at no extra cost to improve the system.
