The therapist didn't show up to our first appointment after intake. I waited 30 minutes and called the provided phone number several times with no answer. Then, I was charged a $50 no-show fee. It was later refunded, thankfully. When the company finally reached out to me, they blamed me for missing the appointment. No apology whatsoever. I would not recommend this company.
