Here's the thing. I'm usually pretty skeptical about this kind of stuff, but this young woman was super professional, and I immediately felt comfortable, and even though I don't know that much about Reiki, I'm going to go back. Totally worth the try, charming little apartment in Redondo Beach. Highly recommend.

Whether you are familiar with the field of energy work, or brand new to it, I would recommend Jen. Her unique methods are both comfortable and effective, the ways forward she provides are practical and the results tangible. Go to Jen. Period. I am as skeptical as they come, but I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has absolutely changed my life. Seriously. I had no idea what to expect and her calm, kind, warm, and comforting energy was so welcoming and uplifting. She is wise beyond her years and completely without judgement.
