Very wonderful experience
Over the course of my life, I've been to a number of dental practices. This one, however, is on a totally different level. I had the unfortunate experience of splitting a tooth in half. On short notice, Dr. Benedetti and his team not only saved the tooth, but fabricated a permanent crown, installed and fitted it - all in a 3 hour time frame. I was a patient for probably 7 years, i know since pre-covid. I signed a form in 2021 about a cancellation policy. I have never missed an appointment in 7 years. I missed one appointment and was charged 75 dollars (extenuating circumstances i missed and communicated with them). After you build a relationship with a dentist and see them for 7 years, they can dissmiss you over 75 dollars and you cant go back. I was consistent and caused zero issues as a patient and was dismissed, dropped like it was nothing and I cant go back.
