This is a brides nightmare - we were completely blindsided by Drew. We hired him as our photographer/videographer for our wedding back in June (yes, I'm way behind the game writing this) and at first, he seemed so wonderful to work with! We worked with Drew, Amy and Becky for our destination wedding in Silverton, CO. We hired them for both videography and photography on June 26th 2021. It has been 6 months and I cannot get a hold of anyone. We put down a $900 deposit and haven’t gotten our photos or video. Drew and his staff shot the most beautiful pictures of our wedding back in June. We can't thank them enough for the long day spent with us in unusual heat and in a cabin with no A/C :( We made it through! He is so talented and nice as can be! Both our engagement and wedding photos will be something that we will cherish forever. Thank you so much for making our wedding perfect and making our pictures exactly what I wanted. Everyone is loving looking through them! I would highly recommend the team at Illuminarts!
