This is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in during my time in Brisbane over the last 10 years — both in terms of management solution and advertised facilities provided. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is straight up deceptive behaviour and preying on people’s lack of insight to the building. This causes people to then be locked into a lease they can’t get out of until it’s too late. Great place near Shoping mall and eateries, convinent to go to UOQ
One of the old lady is so rude,need her to be FIRED.she sit in reception.she has zero customer service and very unprofessional.
Super convenient and modern place to live. Really close to uni (5min bus with frequent buses) and the city! pool is also fantastic and the front foyer/lobby is beautiful. happy with my apartment, lots of light and comfortable space for two people to live!
