I’ve been going through a tattoo removal process with Molly, who has been wonderful! The tattoo placement is in a sensitive area, and Molly is incredibly professional and careful. She always gives me a little stress ball to hold and is extremely attentive. The clinic is clean, inviting and the front desk staffer is always sweet and friendly! I’ve completed my second session, and I’m very happy with the results so far as I can already see the ink lifting. Highly recommend Illume and Molly for tattoo removal
I come here often for facials as it is very close to my house. I love the chic atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I was given the warmest blanket during one of my facial treatments and the chairs are heated!! I felt so comfortable and relaxed! The staff here is very knowledgeable and the owner is constantly up to date in new technologies and products! The clinic is very clean (which is something I am VERY picky about). Honestly, I really enjoy coming here - I would definitely recommend illume!!
I went to Illume for my first tattoo removal session on my wrist after hearing good things, but I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. 1. You have to pay for numbing cream. I’ve had several tattoo removal sessions elsewhere, and never once have I been charged for numbing cream — it’s always been included in the price. I deeply regret ever trusting Illume Skin with my face. I underwent six laser sessions to treat a single dark spot on my forehead, and not only was there zero improvement — the spot actually got worse. It became darker, more pronounced, and far more difficult to cover. This clinic markets itself as professional, but my experience says otherwise.
