Overall, highly positive. Bethany explained the process, what to expect and the overall schedule. They also allowed for scheduling by text, which is perfect for me, as I suffer from social anxiety.
I had an amazing first experience at illume spa in downtown DeLand! I am excited to go back for more sessions. Bethany explained everything I needed to know and was very helpful. Illume is also very affordable. I highly recommend visiting this spa!

I saw Mary for a facial. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, she is also gentle and informative. She took her time to thoroughly assess my skin and any areas of concern I had and formulated a plan to treat the issues.
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of getting a really beautiful facial treatment from Mary of Rosewater Aesthetics. Her treatment room is so warm and cozy- I wanted to stay there all day! She explained every step of the process beforehand, but let me relax for the treatment for ultimate pampering.
