Really nice practice, from the reception to the dentist. Unfortunately, the cost for treatment is really expensive, more expensive than London, which surprised me. Not sure if the dentists are on commission, but they really push hard on their monthly insurance. When you have something wrong wrong with your teeth, the last thing you want is a hard sell!

I am writing this on behalf of my mother, as she recently joined illume dental practice as a new patient. She was so impressed with the level of kindness and professionalism from all the staff. Her hygiene appointment with Catherine Mancey was the best she had ever had!

Have been a patient for more than 10 years, never had a less than exemplary treatment from any of the staff. Always pain free and efficient

Joined this practice approximately a year ago and have nothing other than praise for the professionalism and service I’ve received. From initial assessment through to having a crown last year and an extraction recently. Reception staff are always pleasant and accommodating making and amending appointments. Dentist never rushes and explains everything that is to be done with options for future preventative work. Hygienist also the same.
