I started going to this practice a little more than a year ago, and I have been blown away by the care, professionalism, and integrity of everyone in the team. The reception team are warm and quick and clear in their communication, and create a great environment in the front of house. The clinicians are also great. Both Liam and Leanne are fantastic and - most importantly for me - neither seems interested in suggesting unnecessary work or treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone.
Our adult son was in extreme pain with a broken and infected wisdom tooth. After spending days speaking with 111 and trying every emergency dental service available we eventually went to Cheltenham Dental Spa and Clinic, who after assessment referred our son to Illume Dentistry in Cheltenham as he needed surgery beyond the remit of a normal dentist Lucy Edwards, the Client Relation Manager could not have been more helpful.
