I am writing this on behalf of my mother, as she recently joined illume dental practice as a new patient. She was so impressed with the level of kindness and professionalism from all the staff. Her hygiene appointment with Catherine Mancey was the best she had ever had!

Joined this practice approximately a year ago and have nothing other than praise for the professionalism and service I’ve received. From initial assessment through to having a crown last year and an extraction recently. Reception staff are always pleasant and accommodating making and amending appointments. Having a tooth out at any time is traumatic but when you are 80 this year it’s worse. However, I was looked after from the lovely Illume Dentists receptionists to the chatty dental nurse & finally the surgeon Dr. He explained the procedure & I signed the form to go ahead. The injections were the worst & then the tooth was out. The surgeon reassured me I made the right decision. I had no pain the next day & I was able to go out to do my charity work.
