I had such a great experience with Fran! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease during my laser treatment. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My skin is already feeling amazing, and I can tell I’m in good hands. You can really tell she cares about her clients and loves what she does. Highly recommend Fran if you’re looking for someone skilled, kind, and genuinely invested in your results!
I began seeing Brittany about at year ago, and have had a great experience! I've tried treatments and their skincare, and I'm happy with both! Britt has been very informative, and I've never felt like I was being told I needed something I don't. Love the place too! Will definitely continue on at Illuma!
I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Britt yesterday. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about illuma! I’ve been going to Britt for the past 3 years and couldn’t be happier with the results and overall experience. I like to look very natural and was nervous about doing any preventative/anti aging treatments. Britt was so patient and informative. She and Fran are both so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Forget all the flashy, gimmicky beauty spas and come to illuma for personalized care. Fran is well educated and will recommend the most effective treatments for your areas of concern, she doesn't upsell you or use a treatment that won't work. Fran will even educate you on over the counter treatment/prevention. Brittany is great at knowing exactly where to inject to give you the most natural look and makes sure you are comfortable with the areas and amounts of treatment, she won't let you walk out looking overdone and fake.
