I requested a half head of foils and toner the foils were done quickly and the colour is quite ok The toner was not put on. The lengths of my hair instead a ‘ protein’ treatment was utilised I had to question when the stylist was brushing my hair and it was hurting and breaking she answered it was due to her not using conditioner! I won’t be back my hair is now brittle and destroyed has the consistency of floss very disappointing very unusual
