Tim responded promptly to our inquiry, requested pics to give us thorough information on what was involved and a fair fee quote. He and the crew were on time, worked hard and were respectful of our time and property. We highly recommend him.
Tim was responsive, handled four window wells under 2 hours, and did a fantastic job. He mentioned he has been doing window wells since the 80s and it shows. Rare to find seasoned craftsmen nowadays.
From the time I inquired about service until it was completed was less than 2 weeks. Communication and follow up was excellent, a full estimate provided within a few days, and the work completed shortly thereafter. Very impressive operation, and the workmanship was perfect. Highly recommend!
Excellent communication and product, well done Tim
Great product, Great service, great cost!!
