My experience I bought a car from Illinois vehicles auto sales took the car home. My car started overheating and my engine light is on took the car back thinking they fixed it and they didn’t. I called them back and asked either they give me my money back or they give me a new car and they refuse to do either and still paying a note on the car.
They selling bs cars. I bought a Volkswagen Two months later the car start going out ! come to find out they took the bulb out so the check engine light wouldn’t come on ! Then I tell them I referred someone to them and they never paid me for that ! Definitely most terrible company and the guy on the phone was so defensive and rude! Instead of taking accountability and making a customer happy! Will not refer anyone here again
They will lie to you to get you there don't waste your time.
Do not buy a car from them they are a Scam they would not give you your money back or work out a deal. I repeat do not buy any cars from.
All I kno is the car I purchased on 3/12 didn’t last me a month .. I’m currently riding around in a new vehicle I purchased elsewhere smh … yall need to Gimmie some of my money back.. Yall play in mfs face to much with them lemon cars…
