Outstanding Service – I have had nothing but great moments with Illinois Vehicle Insurance up to this point. There is a reason they have been around for nearly 30 years. In my personal and humble opinion they have superb customer service from highly trained insurance agents
YOU DON'T WANT THIS COMPANY – have had this policy for 2 years. recently they started sending me cancellation notices for non-payments, which i was shocked to received because i set up automatic payments plan. I THINK THE AGENTS NEED BETTER TRAINING.
rip off – I signed up for this insurance and when a guy rear ended my parked car they refused to fix it saying they are waiting for the other guy to give them some proof of insurance.what does that have to do with me fix my freaking car
Buyers BeWare!!! – tThis insurance Agency is full of mess and tried to fraud me out of my insurance that I paid premiums on. They signed my name on documentation to cover up for their mistakes without my knowledge. They got my drivers licenses, and license plates suspended thru the Secretary of States Office, They got me into collections thru the other parties insurance for not paying claims. They never treated me like a customer. I recommend yu don't get this insurance!! All Buyers Beware!
