Il. Valley Insulation Il. Valley Insulation were very timely in getting back to us with a bid. They were there at 8:30 and had finished by 2:30. They cleaned up everything and the manager checked over all of the areas! I was very please. I am especially pleased to see that our furnace isn't running constantly. We could see an overall difference in the warmth of our house immediately! Thank you!
owner in reply to the marin g review, this man was serviced correctly and proffesionally. He has a past history of having work done and then complaining to get a reduced final bill OR getting the work done for free. We did not stand for his shenanigans. We worked with the BBB AND att generals office on his case and in both matters HIS CLAIM WAS found fruadulant! and dismissed. We suggest you look up servicemagic.com and see our FIVE STAR rating. Scam Artist of Illinois Valley This guy is a scam artist. He took money for work unperformed. He advertises as a Member of the Better Business Bureau, which he is not. He does not return phone calls, he does not respond to the States Attorney General's office.
