IVC in Ottawa has the most caring & attentive staff. Angie & Jackie go above & beyond in customer satisfaction. I’m so thankful that they are always willing to help. They truly are THE BEST!
Paid $500-600 for a phone outright 2 years ago (s10) and am now being told it will no longer work with roaming so basically I can’t travel out of Lasalle and get signal. On top of this the internet on my phone even in Lasalle has been playing up for last few days. 2 years with a phone that costs that much. Now it’s close to a brick.
Worst phone company to date they do not care about their customers and their quality of internet is an absolute joke and could be laughed out of a room they have yet to fix issues like this and claim nothings wrong fun fact they just don’t care and their quality of phones are just as bad I’m honestly ashamed to even have them as my phone company
