My urologist was great but his staff varied from annoying to flat out insulting to deal with. My wife doesn't ever want to deal with them again. I have cancelled all future contact with this office. I won't go into details but it was a roller coaster ride to deal with them and they don't care about being pleasant.
Had a Vasectomy performed by Dr. Rashid. It was a very smooth process and Dr. Rasheed was very informative throughout everything. He has great bedside manners and gets things done fast! I would highly recommend this office!
They kept me waiting for 40 minutes past my appointment, I gave up. They don't respect their patient's time. Didn't even bother to give me any update as to when I would see the doctor. They spend money on an impressive looking waiting room, yet have computer gear that is 18+ years old. They are all about appearances, no real substance was demonstrated during my visit.
