Service my Cascadia and my trailer in less then few hours
TOTAL SCAM They did not give a quote, or rates, arrived 8hrs late, then charged us for rush hour (which wouldnt have happened if they were on time), charged for parts that were never installed, over-charged, DO NOT USE Charged 4hrs for 1.25hrs onsite. To top it off they charged $99.40 for a break drum, and $295 for a hub, except its one assembly that costs $178 with bearings - also it wasn't installed right and the wheel bearings were lose 200 miles later. FRAUD.
Terrible Experience - Overcharged and Unprofessional I had a very disappointing experience with this truck repair shop. They refused to provide a clear quote for the repairs, leaving me in the dark about the cost. When the job was completed, I was shocked by the inflated charges, far beyond what I expected. To make matters worse, they demanded immediate payment in cash and threatened to hold my truck hostage until I complied. This level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
