Driver cut me off turning onto highway and had to slam on brakes throwing everything in my car forward. Absolutely terrible driving considering you have a logo on the vehicle! Please do better!
Brent, Phoenix, Alex and the guys were fantastic! My 22 year old Ford diesel with 280k broke down 30 miles from Yorkville, Illinois...180 miles from home! I called ITM, talked to Phoenix who got me a tow truck and was at their shop within the hour. We were able to leave the truck until Brent could find the part in Florida. He quoted a cost around $800 for the repair. The final bill was $527. That is honesty. I can't say enough good things about the service and integrity of the technicians.
Great people to do business with and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be a return customer .
They are great, honest and always dependable. They took me in on short notice. And they got me back on the road as quick as they got me in.
