I have NEVER had a bad experience with the Illinois Tollway Customer Service call center - the nicest people in the world - and today was no exception. I just talked to Sidney who was cheerful, smart and completely solved the problems I had with my tollway accounts. Such relief. I had not had good luck with their mobile app (which DOES need help) and Sidney was took the time to explain the accounts to me, how they work, why they work the way they do and walked me through everything I needed to get through what had been frust... read more
Your wait time is longer than 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, "Your estimate wait time is longer than 10 minutes, please do not hang up"..... the same sickening music and record over and over and over and over... no one answers and there is no option to do anything online if you forget your own ID or Password. Terrible customer service, terrible website, terrible phone system.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You must be hiring the biggest losers on the face of this earth.
So surprised. 3 years ago called . Problem solved very accommodating. Today called worst customer service ever. Person was rude. She was uninformed.she did not want to hear what I had to say. She interrupted me at least 5 x . She hated her job. Maybe Illinois needs to find people who appreciate their work. I waited an hour to talk to the rudest person in the entire world.

Worst customer service ever!!! I Called 2 times to get help and both times I was on hold for over an hour. I have been a customer and owner of an I-pass for over 20 years. I always pay online (with auto pay). In November 2020 my credit card expired and I received an email from the Illinois tollway to replace it, which I did. On November 6th I received a confirmation email from them that my account had been updated. There’s not answer the phone if they answer they’re just liars terrible
horrible experience!!!! no service, response and disconnect is large with account and online services I don't usually write online reviews but this was a must.
