I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience today. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that I supposedly had a $40 balance from two years ago. To be very clear, the money was not the issue. I had no problem paying the $40 if it was legitimately owed. What was concerning was being asked to immediately pay a two-year-old charge without being provided a bill or any documentation, and without being given a reasonable opportunity to check whether it had already been paid. Doctor Musgrave is the absolute best. He did my sinus surgery Jan 2023 and it changed my life. I have referred now 2 people that have gone through with the surgery. He is extremely smart, knowledgeable, and helpful. I couldn’t recommend a doctor more.
