Last week a window fell out onto my 85-year-old father's foot while he tried to close it after it had been detached for cleaning. It didn't break fractured his toe, ripped the screen and blood everywhere. It was too heavy for my mom to put it back and she wasn't sure if it was damaged so she called Illinois Sash. They came out that day, replaced the screen and helped her clean the windows before putting them back on the sash. And they charged NOTHING! GREAT PLACE GREAT PEOPLE! Thank you!
They were incredibly helpful after a window got damaged, handled everything from the ordering to the installation very professionally and efficiently.
