This is not an issue when it comes to prescribing. Doctors can prescribe whatever they want if your doctor is blaming the government or something like this saying it’s not allowed its prohibited they’re lying. Doesn’t mean they have to give it just they owe an explanation it may not be what the patient wants to hear but it’s better than blaming someone. I have chronic disabilities that are very painful and I have a high tolerance for medication. I cannot get pain medication because of this audit/department of government agency. I cannot walk or use my arm because of pain, or turn my head. This Governmental dept will shorten my lifespan because I am disabled and need pain meds to take care of myself. Why don't you audit records and find out HOW MANY PEOPLE NEED PAIN MEDS AND CANT GET THEM, WHILE I LAY IN MY BED AND ROT AWAY. You are always looking for people trying to cheat ... read more

You all need to tell patients that they are on this registry and let them know what the rules are. Also you need to explain this NARX number to them and tell them what number they are. This is ridiculous. Behind the scenes stuff that's not in your medical records, that you can't see.
