Mike Desnoyers did a fantastic job of guiding us through the maze of options available to us both on the private health insurance market and the ACA marketplace. Although he is based out of Illinois, he effectively understands and manages policies in different states. I would highly recommend him if you need good advice and must make critical decisions about your best options for health insurance.
Many of us don't really consider insurance until we absolutely must. Medicare is a completely different animal, and the task seems daunting. You will get letters and offers constantly leading up to your birthday. Thankfully, I went to Zack Starkey, and he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions clearly, without pushing. I cannot recommend him enough!

Mike Desoyers used the credit card I gave him to pay himself $500 without my consent. He only had my credit card to pay my new premium. I have called, send texts and emails regarding this, and now Mike has completely ghosted me. I will file a lawsuit if the money he stole is not returned immediately. I am also reporting him to the Attorney Generals office in addition to the BBB. The website clearly states there is NO CHARGE for their services. I am so angry. Mike should be ashamed of himself!!
