The contractors we hired were the worst I've ever encountered. We had a signed contract for fence installation scheduled for April 30th. On April 29th, I confirmed with them if everything was set for the next day, and they assured me it was. Sometimes, it's good for our future customers to see that while we are not perfect as a company, we will always do everything we can to do right by our customers no matter the circumstances. We purchased a cedar fence. Jason, our salesperson, was very easy to work with. Always available by phone for questions, day or night. The installation crew was great and friendly. There was a bit of a miscommunication with the product, but Paul Georgopuls, the owner, was quick to get on the phone and remedy the issue. Everyone has been very responsive, friendly and offering great customer service. I would highly recommend! Five stars, for sure!
