Staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff made the appointment very enjoyable.
Scheduled me for appointment to pickup contacts and show me how to put them in and take them out. They let me set in waiting room for 35 min before coming out to tell me the contacts did not come in. Could they not have called me I mean if you don't show up for appointment they still charge you 40$ shouldn't they owe me something besides an apology and a we will squeeze you in sometime when your contacts show up? Not a very good way to run a business if you ask me
Dr Wolfe was great and very thorough and explains everything. Glad to have him
