Would give zero stars if able. I had an appointment for 830 in the morning and get there to find the doors locked. The Dr that we are supposed to see doesn't work there anymore.....so....they just didn't call people and tell them that no one would be there or try to reschedule!!! Also...find out that this is not the first person this has happened to this morning! I took my child out of school to have this appointment only to find out I have to call and make a completely different appointment at an office 30 mins away because... read more

I have been having the worst experience with this place. And upon speaking to others, I'm not the only one. I got a new script for glasses. They said I had an offer buy 1 get 1 half off. Great! So I told the girl I wanted both pair the same as my old ones. Which means BOTH transition lens. I paid over $650 for both pair. I thought it was a little high. So looking at my receipt, my half off pair were higher than my regular pair!!! Cuz they charged me half pay!!!! And didnt tell me at all!! Then come to find out my lens on tha... read more
