Awful billing practices, I believe they double bill insurance and patients. They say contact your insurance and then say "oh we can't do anything about it now" after they over bill patients.
we love our glasses but when it comes down to billing they dont know what they are doing, got my glasses few months back paid in full then i get a call insurance will not pay for certain add ons ok no problem here is the cash done. 2 months later i get a call you owe $15 dollars for co pay because we only charge you $10 instead of the $25. Ok fine i pay that in May 30 now on June 24 i get a call another $15 that i owe for the same reason . For real!!! I will never go back to you guys
