Had my first appointment eye exam with Dr. Aide today. He and his staff were highly professional and great to work with. Overall excellent experience.
Lost my prescription eyeglasses on last day of a vacation. Called Illinois Eye Care Center to get new pair of same glasses as I loved them (Lindbergh). Mainly worked with Jeannette Caldero and she was absolutely amazing!!! They didn't have those glasses in the store so she had to "try to find them" as they were a couple years old. She told me she would contact me with an update once she was able to look for them. I was no more than 5 minutes gone and she contacted me and said she found them.....but they had to be ordered so ... read more
Thank you to Dr. Aide for accommodating me and accurately correcting my contact lens prescription, which had been previously done incorrectly by another eye clinic. I also appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff.
Pattie was extremely helpful and took the time to review my needs. She made sure my glasses were exactly what I wanted and needed.
