Everything from the start was great. The guy that checked me in was very polite. The eye student done a wonderful job of asking questions and checking everything. And the 2 doctor's that came in to teach her explained everything to where I could understand.
Horrible experience. Have been coming here for years. Dr. Ulanski is awesome but forget the staff. Wait here in the lobby for hours, they made a “mistake” and didn’t complete the check in process. No one bothers to apologize or ask why the blind woman is still sitting in the lobby while everyone else is coming and going. This type of facility should be constantly scanning the waiting area to ensure these people with impaired vision get where they need to be.
