Absolutely ridiculous. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait 5 hours. Even with an appointment. They are so overbooked even the man at the front desk admitted they overbook people. When I finally saw someone, I literally saw her for 2 mins as she rushed me out not letting me finish answering her question. Do not recommend. Everyone in the waiting rooms are asking for referrals elsewhere.
Customer service through the phone Was amazing . The representative doesn’t sound mad at her doing her job , she listens to you and is fast with the responses . Makes sense why they say always to come to UIC for anything with your health
Evelyn is a eye tech that works in the optometrist unit is AMAZING! She took her time with teaching me how to care for my eyes using sclearl contacts which is no easy task!
If i could give negative stars i would simply off of the conversation had over the phone with employee (alondra). I am not sure if she was having a bad day, hates her job, hates her life or what it was but her phone etiquette is very nasty. Her tone of voice literally melancholy like and it made me never want to step foot in this establishment. It is not okay to talk to people just any kind of way, and expect not to get attitude back. Having employees like this shows a lot about the practice. Not good.
My mom had an appointment today at 1:45 with Dr.Ulanski and she checked in at 1:20 all for him to tell her at 6 pm that they don’t have the injection they need to give her and asked her to grab her things and then proceeded to walk her to the elevator. This is absolutely ridiculous. They didn’t even reschedule her appointment or anything and now I can’t do anything until they open again on Monday. Absolutely shameless and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
