Been going there for 7 years and this place just shut down without notifying patients. They put it on fb which not all people like their page didn’t know it. By law they should of giving their patients their prescriptions and notified them personally about their closing
I understand some people may have had issues with this place in the past, but in my opinion, it has greatly improved. Everything was quick and it had a great selection of frames. The new optometrist was also very friendly and helpful.
I've lost my glasses broke my glasses and even dropped them at the bottom of a pond and everytime I come back i get good service and great quality products HIGLY RECOMEND
I recently returned to my work as an Optometrist here at Illinois Express Eyecare. I hope to put at least 10 years effort and will do all in my power to help make this practice the setting where all people will find care, compassion, and kindness always!
