THIS COMPANY ENGAGES IN FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES. Be vigilant! Do not pay without first checking with your insurance provider! This corporation routinely bills the patient/consumer for the full cost of medical services despite having already received payment from the insurer. Put simple, they try to get the patient to pay the full amount even though insurance covers and pays almost the entire cost. No details for what I’m actually paying for. Online just wants my card info. No breakdown of insurance. Nothing stating what services were for. Extremely unprofessional. And not how any healthcare provider (who is legit anyway) should be handling billing.
