This was my first visit to Illinois Dermatology Institute – Palos Heights, and I had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Allison Manley was excellent—she made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The office was clean, modern, and inviting, and I appreciated that there was very little wait time.
