Awful experience! Cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before it was scheduled after driving over an hour to their office. Very poor communication. Do better
I'm another Michelle Bate fan. She is truly thorough and a wonderful addition to the medical staff.
I highly recommend Michelll Bates. She is thorough, pleasant and realistic. She does an excellent job explaining things and is conscientious about follow-ups.
Very good in-person experience. But--your online portal and the site used to pre-register for my visit is horrible. Lots of lingo and acronyms, not clear when to "save" or :go back." Difficult to edit profile and medicaton list You need to make this part of your practice more use-friendly.
I saw Michelle Bate, Nurse Practitioner, for the first time. Michelle and her team are very professional. Michelle explains everything that she is doing so you can understand. She will take the time and answer any questions and will give you suggestions for your health care. Office is very clean. I highly recommend Michelle and the Illinois Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
